We Were fooled

We Were postponed the date of tiquet delivery. They made us wait, they did no treat us kindly. When the operator gave us the tiquets, we Were not treated with kindness. They diz not even lend us the bathroom.

We booked the tour online paid for it in full and when we went to the ticket counter to collect the ticket, it was closed as it was a public holiday. However we received an email saying our booking was confirmed. When we called the hotline they said they will give us a refund but we have not received anything as yet.

The tour was excellent, especially that we were able to go at our own pace and route. Our vendor, 7 Stars Tours, was easy to find and extremely helpful in answering our questions about when and how to join the tour. A skip the line ticket is the only way to go!

Someone just promise us a tour that was about tu start after 15 min, for students as 65eur per person (we were 2), he took us to the place so we paid and we waited for at least 2 hours they promised us a complete tour an they just showed us not even 1 museum. Also we were with other 10 persons and all of us pay a different price. Even in the tickets even though the amount was right (130 eur for the 2 of us) there was a mix of charges different both tickets. Also they were supposed to skip lines and they just take us to the museum, after that, in the vatican church we needed to wait a lot for the entrance. I would recomend you not to take this service and instead get the entrance online, the guided tour is not a good experience with them and the prices are very expensive for the service.

Rude, unprofessional, unreliable. We showed up in time and then they delayed us, saying they had messaged us (they hadn’t), and were extremely rude.
