- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Price is per person, based on 8 adults per car/vehicle.
- At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival
- in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.
- Rome Fiumicino Airport Directions: After you have collected your luggages, head trough custom and out in the arrival hall. Your driver will be waiting in the arrival hall by the NCC MEETING POINT/LIMO SERVICE holding a signboard with lead traveller name on it.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This is the way to transfer to your hotel if you’re staying in Rome. Driver was easy to find. Nice clean large vehicle for all of us and our luggage. Thankful we did not have to stand in the taxi line.

Our driver was great from meeting point to drop off. He was very professional and friendly, as he gave us a mini tour with narration along the way into Rome to our hotel. We have been to Rome several times, but the drive thru the old part of Rome left me in awe (again) and feeling very small compared to the immense architecture and the seven hills of Rome.
