This class was so much more than just a food-making session – it was a complete experience. Be prepared for it to take longer than the advertised 2.5 hours, but rest assured, it’s absolutely worth it.
The experience begins at a luxury food shop specializing in truffle products, oils, vinegars, and wine. Here, you’re treated to an aperitivo, sampling the shop’s offerings with an almost bottomless supply of prosecco. The 30-year-old aged balsamic and truffle honey were particular standouts for me.
Afterward, you head to a restaurant where you make two different types of pasta with various sauces and create your own tiramisu. More wine flows freely, especially as the food is served family-style, enhancing the convivial atmosphere.
I had such a wonderful time and can't rave about it enough. This class is a must-do for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Italian cuisine and culture!

We had a great time with Eddie and Lisa , the experience lasted 4 hours with plenty of food and wine- We’d never have an empty glass! And both hosts were highly devoted to their work and very very friendly and nice to us. Highly recommend!
Yummy pasta and tiramisu

Great class with yummy simple food that we can recreate. Went as a family with 3 kids and they all enjoyed it. The best part was eating our creations at the end.
