The tour guide was nowhere to be found. We walked around the meeting point for 30 minutes (showed up 20 minutes early). We tried sending a text to the number provided with no answer. When we called, the man on the line said to wait behind the obelisk and he’d have the tour guide come find us. After another 15 minutes, no one showed up. We tried calling again and no one answered. Very disappointing since the lines were very long and precluded us from trying to get our own tickets.

I am requesting a FULL REFUND! There was no one around at the meeting area to meet us with our tickets. We waited around the area for 1/2 hour. Please refund our 29.50 euros paid for nothing. Sincerely, Mary Elliott

After seeing the size of the queue, we decided to book this so we skipped the line which snaked its way around the Piazza de Rotonda, and snuck in. No guide inside the Pantheon, just left to wander around,

Buyer beware. I was unable to use the ticket at all. It was too confusing, trying to determine where and from whom to get the ticket. This is purely a scalper buying up tickets, tripling the price. Book from the official website official website for €5: museiitaliani.it
