- Audioguide Info: •You must arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes before the activity to ensure that you have enough time before the activity • You can redeem the alphanumeric or qr code on your voucher and/or directly with our staff on the spot • You must download the “It Guides” app on your smartphone at least a day before the activity. (https://italianartguides.com/download/) The app is compatible with ios and android. • Recommended that the phone is fully charged and has internet access. • You must bring your own headsets for a better experience.
- Please follow the steps below to redeem your audio guides: 1. Download the “It guides” App on your smartphone 2. Open the menu at the top left of the app 3. Open the "insert code" page 4. Insert the code (to be provided on the voucher) 5. Refresh the app and you will find the audio guide in the "My Guide" section

Fabulous tour!

Our amazing tour guide Rossi (I’m sorry, I didn’t see the spelling of her name) gave us an incredible tour. She knows her history & how to share it in an interesting way with a sense of humor. She was kind & patient & eager to make sure we were all comfortable. There were only 11 people total on the tour. We walked part of the Roman Forum & the Coliseum. The city is not allowing the underground part of the tour right now which was disappointing, but not the tour company’s fault.
Audioguide could give more information.

I bought this tour mainly for the audioguide. But the audioguide wasn't worth it. I should have purchased the audioguide through the pantheon. BUt the fast track portion was well worth it. I literally just walked right in, no waiting.

The pantheon itself is wonderful. The staff that was present to give me the ticket in exchange for my voucher was very helpful. And of course, it was good to be able to get my tickets so easily, as getting it from the place itself, you have to go to another location first. And I could not get the Internet to work to allow me to do that from the United States. However, the self guided audio tour is pretty much worthless. It only lasts two or three minutes and provide almost no information. As opposed to the free one on Rick Steves free app, which lasts almost half an hour and has great information. So there was good and not so good.
Good but confusing start with ticket between provider and local operator

Impressive once inside, but the initial arranging at the meeting point was not so reassuring. Having arrived while there was a very short queue, it was discouraging to watch the line grow so long, only to exchange an electronic voucher for a paper one and the fimd ourselves at the end of a much longer queue.
Little were we to know that this did not matter quite so much in the end. Does not really make sense to deal with things this way. The inside is lovely and worth the effort in the end.

Pantheon is worth a visit, but it is better to buy a ticket on site for 5 euros or go early because of the queue. The visit doesn't last long.
At Santa Maria del Concezione you do not have to reserve tickets in advance. 10 euros on site and no queue, definitely worth going.
I would reserve a ticket for the Colosseum in advance, in combination with the Roman Forum, otherwise there would be a long queue.
