This walking tour combines your must-do Rome experiences into one full day. Take to the streets of Rome for a walking tour past the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, and Piazza Navona. After lunch on your own, walk to the Colosseum and head straight inside for a 1-hour tour where you'll hear tales of gladiators and emperors. Then travel by private transfer to the Vatican where you'll skip the line into the Museums for a guided tour of the Raphael Rooms, the Gallery of the Maps, ancient Greek and Roman sculptures. End at the breathtaking and world famous Sistine Chapel to see Michelangelo's incredible frescoed ceiling for yourself. - Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- The Colosseum is subject to occasional closures. If modifications are needed and time permits, we will reach out to you prior to your tour. For last-minute closures, modifications may be communicated at the tour start time.
- Please note that this is a walking tour with a quick bus transfer from Central Rome to the Vatican.
