Driver was 1 hr late to take us to the airport. We had requested to be picked up from hotel at 5:30 am. He came at 6:30 am. No prior confirmation, we didn't even know if he was going to show up at all. Fortunately we did get to the airport on time.

Driver did not pick us up! We had to hire a taxi.
Our hotel called the provider to hear they were 2nd in line and the phone was never answered. We had to hire a taxi to the airport.

AVOID! This company is a scam. No transport is ever provided. Telephone numbers do not work. Taxi never shows.

This is a scam! Official looking ticket no service provided Telephone numbers provided do not work. This is a complete scam do not waste your money. They take your cash, ignore you & then you have to go out of pocket again. We only just made our flight home and the transport cost us over 100 euros on top of the money stolen by TMTS.
