Continue your ride and hop on Via Appia Antica, one of the lifelines of the Roman Empire, an impressive road built in 312 BC that extended all the way to the South of Italy. While you ride on this beautiful ancient road you will witness some of Rome's most important mausoleums, churches, and aqueducts, and learn all about the catacombs running for miles underneath you. Great bike ride in Rome but didnt feel like you were in Rome

Massimo was an amazing tour guide for this excursion of the Appian Way- great way to get out of the crowds and see parts of Rome without feeling like you are in Rome. Ebikes worked great!! Parts of road were bumpy so be sure you can ride a bike before going on this excursion. We saw olive groves, mausoleums and other ruins and buildings. Highly recommend!!!
