- Meet your guide in Via del Colosseo nr 31, in front of Caffe Roma, above the second floor of the Colosseum metro stop(blue line).
- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- If you arrive late for the meeting time, it will not be possible to join the group or reschedule, unless you pay for the activity again. As per "No Show" rules you will not be entitled to a refund.
- Please be advised capacity regulations and security may delay the tour departure. This could also influence the smooth running of the tour especially on national holidays and events.
- All visitors must pass through the monument/attraction security check please allow at least 20 minutes to clear security
- The exact timings and reservations can vary, dependant on the monument/attractions administration offices availabilities and decisions on the booking day and can be subject to last minute changes. Departure time can differ up to 20 minutes from your selected time.
- Due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not recommended for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair.
- Please be aware that large bags/backpacks/suitcases are not permitted in the monument/ attraction. Only very small bags are allowed. Please do not bring these items with you on the day of your tour as there are no cloakrooms at the monument.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Dress code is comfortable clothing
- The Colosseum portion of the tour will last approximately 1.5 hours.
- The Roman Forum & Palatine Hill part of the tour will last approximately 1.5 hours.
- These tours are separated by a break to allow time for pictures or to spend more time in the monument or attraction

- Pets are not allowed inside the venue
- Please note that from August 6th, 2021, all public museums in Italy will require all visitors above the age of 12 years old to show a valid ID and certification proving that you have either: Been vaccinated with an approved vaccine (Pfizer-BioNtech, Astrazeneca, Johnson & Johnson and Moderna) Been tested (PCR or antigen) with a negative result within the last 48hrs; Recovered from COVID-19, attested by a PCR or antigen test result, at least 15 days and no more than six months old;

Really disappoint with my experience. We booked the tour through Get Your Guide for the 3rd June (not sure if this tour is out sourced - not my issue). Money taken and about to head off on holiday's thinking all is OK. I get a Whatsapp message from Norman telling me that " The monument has advised this tour won't operate: on the day we booked.
I would love to believe this but have read way to many reviews and experiences from travelers - they simply did not get an allocation of tickets and we happen to miss out. Not good enough. There are so many reviews that guided tour organisers do this - bloody ridiculous.

We loved this tour! I’ve done a few colosseum tours and this one is by far my favorite! Getting to go underground made it so much better. Our tour guide made it feel special and she was very knowledgeable. We then had a second tour guide for the next part of the hill and forums, Barbara, she shared tons of facts and was a great guide. I recommend this tour!

I enjoyed the colosseum. I felt the tour guide was not that knowledgeable concerning the Forum. I had been on another tour of that area that was much more informative.

When we received notice that we would not be able to tour the underground area, we were nervous about the quality of the tour. But on the day of the tour, everything was well organized and ran smoothly. Barbara, our tour guide, was AMAZING. She was super knowledgeable, funny, and kept it interesting. Her depth of knowledge really brought the forum and ruins alive. The tour was not rushed at all and we had plenty of time at each location. Barbara even helped us take photos! I couldn’t ask for a better tour or guide.
