Do not use this company! I booked and paid for tickets using this company for the Colossuem in Rome via bookingcom.
These tickets were supposed to be sent via email and sms and did not arrive to either (I checked and double checked!). When I contacted them to tell them I had not received them, they said they had sent them and basically called me a liar. Had to purchase new tickets on the day. They have since responded to a review I wrote elsewhere accusing me of not correctly typing my email correctly(!) or that my email provider is at fault. Unbelievable! They should have refunded me. Simple.
I feel completely scammed.

Fraud. The company promises to deliver tickets, they are good in booking the money from the credit card, but I did not in sending tickets. I did not receive any and cannot contact them via phone. Do not use the side.
Skeptical about this tour.

I was skeptical when reserving this tour. I tried ordering tickets to the Colosseum direct but as soon as tickets became available, they were gone. This was our only option at the time for fast track. They charged more than double. Many of the reviews stated last minute cancellation, and at least ours was 2 days in advance. I believe they sell tickets they do not have and hope to find some by your date. Of course, their fees are non refundable.

It was a terrible experience in that
We weren't able to get the entry tickets.
I was at the Coliseum from 10:30 am until my 12 pm entry time and kept trying to access my tickets. When I click on the link to get my tickets it would download a PDF file with just a manual of the procedures with no tickets.

Absolutely amazing what an experience so glad we had the opportunity to go. We were fortunate to have an apartment just up the road so able to see it lit up at night from our balcony. We also had fast track entry which was such a good thing to do. We didn’t find it to overcrowded although lots of people we have spoken to said that it would be, so with that in mind I would recommend going in early May.
