Valentina was great!!!!!! She met all our needs and provided great information. She even spoke with our driver to coordinate meeting times for us. We had just one day following a cruise and had back to back Rome tours. Everything went like clockwork!
Availability inaccurate and unprofessional company

We planned our whistle stop Rome trip around this tour because it had good availability. The guide messaged the day before the tour to say they could not do the date we booked and paid for and would be cancelling unless we could accommodate the following week. I explained this was not possible as we left Rome the day after our planned tour. There really was no care at all as to the impact of the cancellation or any attempt to make plans to deliver as promised. The guide confirmed they were not available and then the company emailed to say tickets for the colosseum had sold out when they hadn’t. Really unprofessional. Don’t trust the availability shown. A trustworthy company would not have sold tickets for slots not available in the first place.

Yanira was great! My wife, our adult daughter, and our 11-year-old son arrived to Rome during the New Year holiday with only a couple of days to see the sites.
