We had our appointment at 12h30 for our entrance at the colosseum,we had to leave at 12h35 for the colosseum because a family that had kids under 18 kept arguing about the fact that they had not paid nor mentioned the fact that they had kids and was refusing to pay for them, I payed for my kids as it specifically says on the website that for the gladiator's entrance everyone must pay. We were not aware of it but in the pass that we bought it also included a guide, really knowledgeable, which made things even better. I totally recommend this company.
