Don't waste your time or money

First of all viator booked my 3 kids as adults. Second, if you just show up you can buy tickets at the site. The lines are small. I paid like 900 dollars for literally some guy to talk to me for half an hour and say ok you can explore the outside all you want now. This was by far the biggest waste of time and money ever. I have no pictures as your not allowed to take any of the catacombs.
Too much time in vehicle

Guide Daniele was very nice. We spent too much time in traffic getting to the catacombs however. When arriving at the catacombs the ticket desk said they do not do business with Viator any longer and would not accept our reservation. After some negotiations by Daniele, we were granted tickets. The catacombs were amazing however, I would be reluctant to book with Viator as we spent more time in the vehicle than seeing sights. I'd recommend taking a taxi and buying tickets at the catacombs.

Die Abholung am Hotel hat wunderbar funktioniert. Der Transport zur den Katakomben war dann eine Katastrophe. An diesem Tag fand der Rom-Marathon statt und die Straßen dorthin waren ziemlich dicht. Nachdem wir dennoch nach einer mehr oder weniger Irrfahrt dort angekommen sind war im Anschluss daran die Katakombenführung sehr emotionslos. Nach 30 min war alles schon wieder beendet.
Der Appianer Weg war wegen der Behinderungen überhaupt nicht zu besichtigen.
Somit war die Preis-Leistung der Tour absolut katastrophal. Nach einer Beschwerde wurde mir dann 30,-€ zurück erstattet !!! Das einzig positive war der Fahrer, der sehr bemüht war uns einiges zu erklären und uns wieder am Hotel abgesetzt hat. Wir hätten uns erwartet, im Vorfeld darauf hingewiesen zu werden, bzw. eine größere Rückerstattung erwartet. Der Kontakt zum Anbieter wurde von denen abgebrochen, ich bekomme keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr !!
