Do not rely on Viator for transfers

Booked Viator for a transfer to the airport while in Wales about 1 month before trip. Received confirmation with number to local transfer company. When we arrived in Wales and called the local company they had never heard of us. They said they had been trying for 3 years to stop Viator from giving out their number because it was a scam. We were left without transport and Viator has no customer service number to obtain refund.

Driver was waiting as I exited baggage area with a sign with my name. Car was a very comfortable ride to downtown Rome.

Waiting in the airport more than 45 mins for the driver. The driver blamed everything to the traffic near the airport, but I was checking the road conditions near the airport on map. It was pretty smooth.
