Took our money. There was no tour for us.

We turned up at the meeting point only to be told that they had oversold the tour and we couldn’t join it. They didn’t even apologise, just said we would get a full refund. Not only did we plan our day around being there at a certain time, we also didnt get to do another tour because we chose this one over that one – if they hadn’t oversold this one, we could have at least done a different tour. Total crooks. Avoid at all cost.
Fun but too fast to take pic advice make it two separate tours

The tour guide was excellent. It was a bit fast paced for our older age, but slow down and stopped on occasion. Finding the meeting spot was a huge issue. The hole in the wall main venue was difficult to find. The agent was there and heading over to the other meeting spot, she did so with professionalism and kindness. I would hope that you include a little more information and the paperwork before hand.

Good information and details of what we saw. Unfortunately the guide was way faster than the relatively older group could keep up over rough terrain. I would think the guides have been trained to assess the needs of their respective groups. We were in a gruip with sone 30 year olds who commented that they felt it was a race

We arrived for our tour this morning and the staff were incredibly rude and wouldn’t see or speak to us for 15 minutes (despite 2 people being available they insisted we wait until the 3rd person in the office was available). After this time passed they then refused to allow us to join the tour as this had taken us past the start time. They were dismissive and even refused to facilitate booking us on to the same tour at a later slot or a slot another day. Instead they tried to upsell us to go on to a more expensive tour which we didn’t want. They refused to honour a refund or a rebooking so requesting a refund via Viatour.

Palatine hill was excellent, our guide was very informative and helpful, she had plenty of time for people with questions, and she was very organised and friendly, ours was a English speaking tour, which she was very good at, it was our last tour of a 8 week holiday. And we have used Viator for all our tours and as with this one they have been terrific, There App has made the holiday so much easier.
