No timely communication

No communication to verify time for pickup. Called and emailed. Only response was after I had hired a taxi to tell me I was a no show. Could not stress about missing flight. Terrible communication. I do NOT recommend.

Waited 30 minutes and rode in a van instead of a luxury car. Hotel arranged us a car for half the price for our next trip. Avoid this service!
Driver did not show!

Driver was not at the airport. I waited over an hour. Zero communication. I called Viator while waiting and no one answered the business phone. Got a cab. Currently waiting on my refund since the driver said he was there. Not true.
