We used Joe Banana car service during our twelve day honeymoon to Italy. I would highly recommend this company and definitely will use them again on my next trip. They are professional, kind, timely and very trustworthy. We loved all of our drivers and had genuine conversations with each of them. I felt very safe and taken care of the entire trip. Our transfer was the smoothest transfer we could have asked for. Our driver, Lorenzo, was on time bright and early in the morning, got us loaded up and on our way to Pompeii. We were all tired jet lagged and only our 2nd morning in Italy so slept most of the way but the ride was seamless. The team set us up with a private tour guide and tour of Pompeii for a little over 2 hours. We had time to grab some coffee once we got to Pompeii. After our tour, our tour guide suggested that we get some lunch somewhere. We asked Lorenzo if he had time and he was more than happy to make it work. He called ahead to Cantina del Vesuvio Winery Russo Family and set up a wine tasting and lunch which was pretty sweet to sit at the base of Vesuvius. Eventually, we made our way to Positano and Lorenzo gave us food suggestions along the way. Anna from the company even called on Lorenzo's phone while we were on our way to Positano to check in and make sure we were satisfied and had everything we needed. Overall, was very happy with the ride, service, people and the cleanliness of the car. We tried a different company on our return and the car had a thick smell of smoke and wasn't as smooth of a ride and I remember saying I wish we had just booked Joe Banana for our return too.

I highly recommend using Joe Banana Limos. We just returned from a 2 week family trip in Italy and Joe's team provided excellent transportation. His drivers spoke perfect English. They were extremely professional and accommodated our every request. Nothing was ever too much to ask. My mom is elderly and we had a wheelchair with us and they were very attentive to anything we needed. All the tours they recommended were amazing! They help us customize all the places we wanted to visit. When I plan my trip back to Italy I will be calling Joe again. Don't hesitate to book with Joe! He is awesome.

We booked several different experiences with Joe Banana during our trip in May 2022, and we had the best time! I cannot say enough good things about JB and all the wonderful people that work there. The headline is we will definitely be back again on our next vacation to Italy – the service was excellent, everyone was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices were very competitive! Cindy helped us to plan our various activities/transfers, and was so accommodating with our desire to personalize each day. The support staff was there checking in with us as our trip to Positano got closer, and helped to make sure everything was going smoothly and even rescheduled one experience when it seemed like the weather / ocean conditions would be better on another day than the one we booked. We first had a transfer from Rome to Positano with Bruno. He was such a great, friendly guy and had so much knowledge about the region - we learned a ton just on our drive! Then as part of our transfer, we did a private guided tour at Pompeii with Romolo who gave us a fantastic overview of the city and what it was like in its prime. We finished the afternoon doing a wine tasting and lunch at the foot of Mt. Vesuvius. Our next experience was a day boat tour up the Amalfi Coast and over to Capri. Our skipper Salvatore was so kind, fun, and helped us find great swim spots and some awesome views of the coast and island. We would highly, highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast. And we got to try some limoncello out on the ocean! Finally, our last day of our vacation in Italy was our transfer from Positano to the Naples Airport, but we made the most of it. Our driver Nick was also excellent and very conversational with a lot of history to share about the city of Naples. We had another private guided tour of the Naples Archeological Museum with Maria, where we got to see many of the artifacts that were excavated from Pompeii. Maria and Romolo's tours really brought the place of Pompeii to life for us. Then we finished up our day with some excellent Naples pizza at Sorbillo. Thank you JB! Can’t wait to come back!
