This company I would give 10 stars to it I could! Due to timing we were going to miss the start of a tour we had already pre-booked if we chose to go to the hotel to drop off our luhggage before heading directly to the Vatican. Our driver offered to take our luggage to the hotel for us so we could make our tour. How is that for service!

We loved the private transportation after a long flight. Our driver waited after a delay and got us to our hotel without any issue. I liked not dealing with the hassle of getting a taxi. Thank you!
Excellent car and driver, but not punctual

The driver and car were very good. The only problem was that he arrived late. This left me wandering around all of the drivers and trying to find him. I spoke to everyone who was holding up a name remotely like mine with no luck. Eventually, he did arrive and all was well. I did not book this company (or through TripAdvisor) for my return to the airport.
AMAZING AND GREAT SERVICE

A car rental was part of a package we purchased at Great Value Vacation through Travelzoo. Upon arrival at FCO aeroporto we proceeded to pick up the car at LOCAUTO-ENTERPRISE to find out that LOCAUTO cannot give us a car because the driver’s name listed in their file was a friend of ours who canceled her trip with us because of her mother’s ailment . The driver’s name was supposed to be mine as was discussed and written in the contract with Great Value Vacations (GVV). MAJOR MISCOMMUNICATION ! LOCAUTO told us to contact GVV and have the name changed to which I cannot do because it was only 2:00 am in New York, and they don’t open till 12 noon. To be in this predicament and in a foreign country is totally frustrating, scary and disappointing! But through the help, understanding and great disposition given to us by Magdalena and Allyzio, we resolved this problem . Magdalena and Allyzio were so kind and went out of their way to help us that even if we have to pay the car rental ( April 3-9) from our own pocket we didn’t mind it so much because we were treated so kindly and they made time to help us resolve this horrible situation. What I’m trying to say is, you rarely encounter people such as Magdalena and Allyzio nowadays who went out of their way to accommodate us and made our Tuscany Easter break among our wonderful memories. Thank you so much Magdalena and Allyzio! You are both amazing and wonderful! Keep up the good work !
