Need to state that the driving company needs to have a removable sign somewhere inside or on the outside of the vehicle indicating who they are. The car was parked with the driver inside and I was standing no more than 3 feet away at the corner for a good 10 minutes before I went to the driver's side showing my Viator ticket and asking if he was the person to take me to the airport.
