We were suppose to receive a refund since we did not go on a private tour and had to go with a group tour. We were told that 250euros would be credited back to our card. That still hasn’t happened.

We are a family of 5 people who did this tour on a very hot day in July. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and flexible regarding what our group’s interests were, however the tour did not include “Arena Floor Access” as was described. I would recommend doing this tour outside the months of July & August as it was too hot with minimal shade for a 3 hour tour! I do think the cost of the tour was very overpriced for what the tour was but we did not have to wait in any lines which was a huge bonus in the excessive heat.
