Not quite as advertised regarding the hotel pickup and time but it eventually turned out to be a good tour.

Did this tour on June 20, 2023. Was informed the day before the tour that our hotel pickup would now be at 9:30am instead of 7:40am as scheduled for the tour. We did not get picked up at our hotel as expected which was one of the reasons we selected and paid for this tour. Had to pay for our taxi to meet our tour guide at the Vatican which cost us 16.90 Euros. However, the rest of the tour was very good and informative. Our tour guide did an excellent job of explaining and providing all the important and necessary information for the tour and it was a wonderful and fascinating experience. At the end of the tour, our guide did show us where we can get a taxi back to our hotel which was nice. Except for not being picked up at our hotel as expected, it was a good tour.

I booked a private tour for my elderly parents who are 80 with poor mobility. I paid £550. They were added to a tour of 24 people and were exhausted by the end. I have asked for a refund. If I had booked the group tour it would have been £85 each. I have been offered a refund of £140 from a random guy who was supposed to have arranged the tour on behalf of viatour but messed up and text me 30 mins after the tour had started. He is now not responding to my messages.
Vorsicht! Unzuverlässig! Holt nicht ab ! Informiert nicht! Lässt uns einfach im Hotel stehen !

Trotz langer Vorausbuchung und mehrfacher Bestätigung inclusive Vorabbezahlung standen wir dumm im Hotel herum und wurden nicht abgeholt!!!!
MyloveItaly Travel&Experience ließ Get your Guide anrufen und behaupten, wir hätten kurzfristig storniert 😡 - was nicht stimmt- kein direkter Kontakt- keine Entschuldigung- keine Alternative- somit Rom ohne Sixtinische Kapelle, da jetzt natürlich alles ausgebucht. Preis soll erstattet werden, Verhalten von MyloveItaly Travel&Experience jedoch unterirdisch:
