Overview
In this hands-on cooking class Chef Andrea will teach and guide you in creating a 4 course Italian meal. All recipes are made from scratch from seasonal ingredients and small antidotes are given along the way to understand why Italians cook the way they do. All ages and skill levels are welcome and any one with a special diet can be accommodated, just let us know before-hand. Once the food is prepared and ready, you will sit and enjoy your creations with a glass of wine selected for each dish. After the class all the recipes made will be emailed out so you are able to take a piece of Rome home with you! Come and join us! We look forward to it!

We took a cooking class with Chef Andrea Consoli on our last day in Rome & it was a wonderful experience & one of the highlights of our trip. He made it a point to choose recipes with some of our favorite ingredients & the wine pairings were excellent. I highly recommend taking a class with him.

This was the highlight of our trip to Rome. It was such a great experience. We learned much more that how to cook Italian dishes. We learned more about each other and a little more about the culture of Rome and Italy! I also learned that my husband contrary to his opinion can cook too! I recommend this to all visitors of Rome.

One of our best experiences in Rome. I booked this for my wife's bd along with her cousin and his wife and another beautiful family of 4 from northern California. Chef Andrea went above and beyond to make this a memorable and amazing time for us. We cooked plenty of food all from scratch for our 5 course menu. Every single course paired with a wine all included in the price. The class was from 5 to 8, but we ended up sitting there and talk all night until 11. Our best night in Rome by far. I strongly suggest everyone to try this in Rome.

Such a vibrant experience. To get to the basics of making pasta, see how pizza dough can be fried & stuffed, to enjoy eating it with a fine wine. Loved it.
