Volcano, Wine and Ruins; amazing!

Well worth the day trip for sure. Mt. Vesuvio was well worth the extra steps. It was still letting out steam/gasses while we were there. You can walk around the top and see it from many different angles.
Lunch with wine tasting was delicious and relaxing. It was the perfect break between destinations. We even had some wine shipped home.
Pompeii was a whole other level. We were lucking with not too big of a crown later in the afternoon. I would have loved more time to look around but we got a fantastic view with our personal tour guide of the best most interesting sites and stories to go with them.

Book this tour! We were well taken care of from the moment we booked, through the day, until we arrived back at our hotel. The communication was excellent. Our driver Peppe was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and an excellent driver. The day was well planned out and even though we hit some traffic we were not rushed. I don’t usually book private tours, but I’m 100% glad I did.
