Do not waste your money- fraud

We arrived at our reservation after a gruelling walk in the heat with my 73 yr old Mom, and were told the restaurant no longer offers the class. This was told Viator months earlier. Though this was communicated I was still able to purchase a couple of weeks prior to the date we had booked.
A rep reached out to us, and asked if we could attend another session that night or rebook. But we had already gotten in a cab to head to our accommodations. Plus no longer trusted the company.
Immediately I asked for a refund, was told it would happen on several occasions. Has not happened so reported the transaction to my credit card company as fraud.
Do not book with this company they have zero ethics and you most likey be disappointed on your holiday.
Not really a cooking class

I did not want to write an unfavorable review and hurt any local businesses, but I think tourists should know what they are in for. The pictures shown to advertise this event are completely incongruent with our experience. True, the guide notified us that there was a last minute change of venue, but still the experience was very much felt as haphazard and an afterthought of the organizers. We showed up to the restaurant as requested for a cooking class. First, the restaurant seemed confused about what we were doing there. Then after some back-and-forth, they told us to sit down and wait for our guide. The class was to start at 6pm and the guide showed up at 6:26pm (note we had two young kids who were antsy for cooking class). Without apologies, he ushered us to behind the counter, where the “master chef” (whom I’m sure is indeed a very good pizza maker) without much explanation throw two slabs of doughs in front of the kids and told them to push with their fingers. They hurried the kids through putting tomato sauce and mozzarella on the dough, and then it was the adults’ turn. All-in-all this took about 15 minutes, and then we were ushered to a table to eat our creations. So, basically it was like eating pizza at any other touristy restaurant, with the added 15 mins of the kids touching the dough and putting toppings on. The guide left without saying goodbye, so we are led to believe that it was a bit of trickery to upsell us 15 dollars pizza at 30 dollars with a little bit of picture taking and kitchen exposure.
