Overview

Recreate traditional Roman recipes in this fun, hands-on cooking class! Your fun, professional chef will teach you all the know-how you need to knead, roll, cut and cook authentic fettuccine pasta with a choice of two traditional Roman sauces. You'll also be perfecting the art of making creamy tiramisù (which means 'pick-me-up' in Italian because of its infused espresso shot!) and receive the recipes for both dishes via email at the end of the class. The cooking class ends with you dining on what you've made with your new food-loving friends. Enjoy a selection of wines and soft drinks to complement your dishes! Our class can be adapted to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies (as long as you let us know in time!) The class and our instructor was great! However make sure the restaurant can make accommodations for those that are not participating in class when it comes time to eat. Even the waitress was a little put out when we tried to tell her, our instructor even tried to tell them. Restaurant and waitress really kinda of ruined for us (party of 4).

My husband and I booked this as a fun experience and we had the best time! We were given wine upon arrival and all throughout the class. Our chef, Marzi, was so sweet and made us feel welcome. The food of course turned out amazing and will forever remember this experience. Excited to replicate the past and tiramisu dishes at home!

Great time and great food. The chef was awesome. I’m somewhat of a pasta carbonara professional. This was the best I’ve ever had. A few recommendations for the host- maybe music during the downtime, a little more wine while during the prep work (kneading the pasta), and maybe try to get some more conversation going between the guests. Small recs, though. All in all it was a great night.
