Sushi was FANTASTIC. She was engaging, energetic, fun, knowledgeable, and overall an amazing chef. The Prosecco was flowing, the music loud, and the food delicious. Highlight recommend taking this class.

This experience was amazing! The chef, Polina, was extremely friendly and answered all questions the group had! This small group experience was the perfect way to try out some of the local Rome specialities and to learn more about the culture. Would highly recommend to anyone interesting in a cooking class in Rome!
