Amazing place but Trip Advisor price is too high

Price charged is more than double of normal price. Skip the line queue is longer than normal queue so not sure how practical it is. Place is great. Audio is only if you can download an app on your phone.

Could be clearer that you need to collect a printed ticket from visitor centre prior to entry to the Pantheon. Saw many people being turned away as all had code on our phones! Once you get inside, it’s a beautiful building. No ear phones were supplied, luckily we had our AirPods and you had to download the app, the internet signal wasn’t great so we could only use one device. Information supplied on the app was interesting.

They just sell these without knowing if you can get in. Complete waste of money. We went yesterday and couldn’t get in because ofbthe crowds. No communication from host or refund. Terrible

We did not in fact get to skip the line. Everyone with a printed or emailed ticket still has to wait in the scanner line. When this ticket is purchased, they don’t mention that you have to walk to a separate building about a mile away to have them printed! Then you have to download their app for the audio tour. All of this in an area where cell service is in such demand, everything is slow and burns through your battery. Not the best problem to have when you still have to order a taxi to get back to hotel.

It was a nice experience! Definitely would advise to book an audio guide tour! Otherwise you’ll be done with it within 20 min. Nonetheless my husband and I enjoyed it.
