This was by far worst experience I have had. Absolutely NO skip the line queue. Lined up in heat for over an hour with over 20000 people converged in NO organised fashion. People fainting. Organisers let everyone stand there whilst place empty and no direction or information forthcoming. Once they finally let people to start coming in only four people Scanning tix singularly causing crowd crush. Children and elderly fainting. NO organisation whatever! Once inside after 40 minutes of starting to let people in too crowded to see anything. Although stunning inside would NOT recommend this to anyone especially being scammed by skip the line. Hideous experience!

Had to pay for guided tour. My reservation was not recognized. Very disappointed. I want a refund. There was nothing good with this money I paid. I’m a very dissatisfied customer.

The Pantheon was beautiful. I enjoyed the beauty and history. Getting the tickets was another story. It took more than a half hour once I was seen. I needed to download an app, which seemed to have quite a few permissions to grant before I could use it. Having it ready to go would have been nice. All in all, not too bad, but just be aware of your timing to enter the site.
Skip the line worth it but not the audio.

We did like the skip the line tickets once we were able to find the ticket office. The touristation was hard to find and not near the Pantheon. We did not know I needed to download an app to hear until we got the actual tickets. Then we tried to use the audio app with the voucher and was never able to get it to work.
