The tour was fantastic, I really loved the food and and the restaurants where we had lunch.

I wanted to support this tour because they were new and just getting established but… I guess they didn’t realize our tour was booked.
Public transportation was delayed so I messaged them ahead of time to let them know. The response I received was that they weren’t informed the tour was booked so didn’t expect us. I had to prove booking and confirmation info. We were already in route so just got out wherever we were and explored the city.
We were offered if we were there again a discount with them but not sure when/if we will come back or they’d remember.
We tried to support but hope everyone else who reads this will have a better experience than we did… no wine for us that was the worst part ☹️

My friends and I took this tour as suggested by a couple we met in Florence. we were a little unsure because there were no reviews but we were pleasantly surprised! They just started a new company but I can tell they'll do great! Our guide Federica was lovely and knowledgeable, the food was a lot and delicious, truly the flavor bomb they said - and the wine! Loved this experience, recommended!!

Fantastic guide, funny, prepared and ready to answer all my questions. I went to Rome with my English partner and Sara has perfect pronunciation! We had a great time. Versatile on every occasion and capable of involving the group! Super recommend! Not to be missed!
