Reviews for Meet Pope Francis At St Peter Square Vatican City
The Guide Made a Difference
Grace_F
The Audience was free, but it was impossible to reserve a ticket on the official site only one day ahead. So, I bought our last-minute tickets a day before the Audience, and we met the Pope! The guide helped lead our way in the long line. According to him, groups use another gate to the square, which is much shorter than the regular line. However, the guide’s decisive switching back to the regular line convinced us that having an experienced guide helps ease uncertainties, and the price is worthwhile. The guide pays attention to details and makes a difference.
An upclose experience with Pope Francis

Seeing the Pope up close and visiting the Sistine Chapel for the 2nd time. The tour guide is great and is very well aware of where to seat.
Would like a refund

I would like someone to contact us. This was not as stated. My family of four paid for a tour that is free to the general public. We did not get any benefit. We did not skip any line or get any better seating.
Good experience

It would have been better with good weather but overall it’s helpful to have this guide for a first timer like me cause it’s hard to ask around not everyone speaks English . Just recommendation we should go on line to the entrance as early as we can
Don’t

Bit of a rip off, you’re really paying for a bus ticket. Go early, queue yourself for a ticket for the audience. This was just daft, total suckers but lesson learned.
