Learn to make authentic Italian pasta in this Fettuccine and Maltagliati cooking class in the heart of Rome. Upon arrival, our expert chef will welcome you for a hands-on experience. Meet your fellow participants and then start working on your dough. Discover the secrets of perfect pasta, from mixing flour and eggs to cutting the dough. Our chef will guide you through making different pasta shapes like Tagliolini, Pappardelle, Fettuccine, and Maltagliati ("badly cut").
