If on the day of the tour, for public reasons, the Arena part is not open, the first and second floors of the Colosseum will be visited, as well as the Roman forum and the imperial forums. In this case, customers will participate in the fantastic full tour of the Coliseum, and will be reimbursed 10 euros each.

- It is not a private tour, the group can be made up of 1 to 24 people
- If the chosen time is not available, you will be transferred to another time on the same day. These changes do not depend on us. Therefore, when booking, you are aware of this possible change and that is why we warn you not to have any complaints later, or requests for refunds. Example: If you choose the 9:30 am time slot and the Coliseu sales counter closes at that time, you will be transferred to the first available time slot, at 1:30 pm.

- Each traveler must present a valid passport or identification document that matches the name provided at the time of booking to successfully enter the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- Important notice for last-minute reservations (same day or overnight): in case of lack of seats, the customer will be placed on the day following the reserved date.
- It rarely happens, but if on the day of your visit the Arena section is closed for public safety reasons, you will explore the first and second floors of the Colosseum, along with the Roman Forum and the Imperial Forums, the Arena in this case will be an overview. You can also enjoy our fantastic tour, and will receive a refund of 10 euros per person.

When we turned up we were given a radio, the guide cleared off and we were told to buy entry tickets €22 each when this was all supposed to be included. The people in front of us had paid €17 each. When we told the guy he took the radios and couldn’t have been less interested in our complaints. This was not what we booked or paid for in the slightest and we ended up going round on our own! We didn’t take the tour and spoke to viator- we were promised a refund by this morning and it has not happened.
Ruined our holiday and I will never book through this app again.

This was a terrific guided tour. Our guide was brilliant!!! Funny, caring and sooo thoughtful and respectful. On top of that my husband and I both enjoyed listening to all the past history. This was my 3rd time to tour, and this was the most enjoyable and educational (even with a down pour of rain) tour!
