In was an amazing experience my daughter would like to do again! To make an ice-cream with different flavor next time.:) Carlos was helpful, interested, patient and pleasant teacher. We'll definitely come back visiting Rome next time! My 100% recommendation those who come to Rome with children!

My daughter wanted to learn how to make gelato and what the differences are between gelato and ice cream. This was a great opportunity to learn and ask questions. Carlos was awesome and answered all her questions.
