Phil and I did the pizza making class. It was just the two of us with the chef. We had a blast in this class and learned a lot more about pizza making! We also made fresh strawberry gelato and Bruschetta! We can’t wait to make the pizzas we made tonight in our own home for all of our friends. I would recommend this class to anyone visiting Rome. It was a night we will always remember!! Next time we will take the pasta class!

Awesome experience. Chef Max was fantastic. Food was very good. We enjoyed every minute. We had five adults, one teen, and one pre-teen. All said it was the highlight of their trip to Rome. The two who don’t usually cook loved it. Even those of us who cook a lot learned things we didn’t already know. Highly recommend.
