Very disappointed in the tour. The Vatican was dangerously overcrowded and was difficult to see your guide. We lost her on several occasions. Poor value for money.

My sister and I had an absolutely magical time on this tour of the Vatican and Sistine Chapel! Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and friendly throughout the whole tour. We learned so much! Thank you so so much!
SCAM- Avoid at all costs

This is a complete scam! They promised that we would get into the museum and then put us in a 4 hour line. When we decided to leave the told us they would issue us a refund no problem. Now Viator is refusing the refund, although they broke the promise and contract. Avoid this tour at all costs, complete scam.
The best and the worst

The best - our guide. Francesca was a very nice and the most knowledge guide we could ask for. She provided lots of insights and comprehensive explanations that I made my visit so worthwhile!
The worst - one has to pay an additional 38€ per person as a skip the line fee or whatever. It should have been included on the price in the first place!

Be aware you have to pay extra when you get there which I feel isn’t stated clearly and should be included in the full price when booking. You also miss a large part of the Vatican City/museums and we are also disappointed because it doesn’t clearly state where you have to meet your tour guide. When we finally found the place and paid extra we wasn’t clearly aware of we was then told we had to wait another hour before our tour started which we wasn’t contacted before hand to be made aware of this so we had to just wait around. This whole experience put a dampener on our last day of our holiday so for these reasons we will not be recommending to anyone.
