This is a scam. They do not have agency nor tickets. They get your money and try to hook you up with other people if possible, otherwise they make you keep waiting until you discourage because of their non refundable policy. Don’t use Zoveel tour. Go in person or use crown, there are always tickets there at lowest price than theirs. Zoveel Tours are scammers!

It was really cool to see the inside of the stadium, but the group was way too big and the headphones were one-ear so it was really hard to concentrate. Our guide didn’t let us see the inside of the stadium until the very end even though we walked by several viewpoints. There was no volume adjustment either, so if it was noisy around us it was hard to hear. The quality just wasn’t there for the price. The one thing we did appreciate is having no line and a quick entrance for the different parts of the tour.
The first portion through the Roman forum and Paletine hill were not guided!!!! They leave you to walk around by yourself for an hour - this is a huge area and would be best done as a full guided tour so you can understand what the significance of everything is.
The tour also does NOT include access to the Arena floor which it says it does in the description. Make sure you look at reviews before booking tours like this as I have heard of this happening to people. Book far in advance and be very choosy about what you book - go with small or private tour and make sure it includes what you want! We are asking here for a partial refund as the description does not match the tour offering.
