I was looking to do the tour inside the Vatican museum since a long time and I finally I had the best experience ever. The staff was really welcoming at the meeting point , and our tour guide was very knoledgeable and super passionate !!! Recommended 100%
Way too many people in a small area. Don’t go in the summer.

This is the worst tour I have ever been on. First of all, the company pushed back the tour time by two hours with no explanation the night before the tour. I asked to be added to an earlier tour as I had another reservation conflicting with the later time, and they were short and unaccommodating. The tour guide then showed up 40 minutes late to our tour, leaving our group waiting outside in 90F heat. Once we finally started the tour, it was very rushed and hard to understand. More than half the group peeled off throughout the tour. The tour was also cut significantly short - it was supposed to be 2.5 hours and ended up taking just over an hour in total.

Tour cancelled the night before at 1am with no explanation or alternative. Left us no time to find another tour or even ticket into the vatican. We were relying on this tour to see the vatican, so now we likely will not be able to see it on this trip.

The tour operator cancelled our booking less than 24 hours before it was scheduled to begin without offering any explanation. Very disappointing as this left us no time to find another tour on such short notice and prevented us from seeing the Vatican on our trip to Rome. I understand that things can change, but would expect much better communication from the operator in such a situation.
