Overview

We host our Italian Gelato and Fettuccine pasta workshop in the heart of Rome, within the breathtaking setting of Piazza Navona, in Ristorante Tucci. Our cooking class experience is built on two segments: the making of the Italian artisan gelato, and the making of ravioli pasta. The second part of the experience is that of enjoying the product of your labor. Our guests are seated after the ravioli is taken to the kitchen, to enjoy appetizers and a drink. The restaurant takes part in the experience, as the waiters will bring to the table the ravioli that's cooked by the kitchen staff, and the gelato our guests make. Enjoy a delicious Italian meal and dessert that you made yourself, in Rome's most beautiful piazza!

So good, the workshop was in the middle of Piazza Navona, a hisyoric redtaurant called Tucci. We made pasta with another group who booked just that, then our chef took us to thr laboratory and we made artisan grlato together. Fun!

Both classes were so much fun! Lucas and Lisa led the fettuccine class. They were friendly, fun and great teachers. Lisa taught our gelato class. Also so much fun. We learned about the history of gelato and ingredients. And the final tasting was delicious. Can’t recommend Lucas and Lisa enough!!
