- Please remember to inform us if a member of your party needs wheelchair access.
- The tour operator is not responsible for last minute, unpredictable closures, strikes or union meetings of St Peter's Basilica. Nevertheless, the tour operator will be happy to offer customers an extended tour for the remaining time.
- Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour starting time. The guide will leave from the meeting point 15 minutes after the tour starting time. In case of delay beyond 15 minutes, no refund will be given.

Mon copain et moi, on a séjourné chez l’hôtel Raphaël en Rome, proche du Panthéon. Un chauffeur nous a conduits en voiture ( une Mercedes vraiment élégante et propre ) au Colisée où on a connu la guide du tour. Elle nous a conté toute l’histoire de l’empire de Rome en nous donnant des infos très intéressantes qu’on ne pouvait pas trouver tout seul. Après cela, le chauffeur est venu nous chercher pour nous amener au Vatican. Là on a rencontré une guide qui a commencé à nous expliquer l’histoire de la Cité du Vatican et de ses murs. On a fait une petite queue, même si on avait les tickets « skip the line » , à cause du contrôle de sécurité ( attendre 10 mins en plus pour nous assurer que personne n’a des objects nocifs.. ça vaut le coup ).
L’équipe a organisé un tour parfait, chaque membre a fait le possible pour qu’on se sente à l’aise et grâce à la guide on a appris et compris beaucoup de choses sur Rome et ses attractions.
