- By purchasing this tour, the customer agrees to follow only the guide assigned to him/her. It is not permitted to add external guides to the group after the tour has been purchased. We inform our customers that, in such circumstances, access to the Vatican Museums will be granted only if escorted by the assigned guide and respective group. If one chooses to opt out, they will forfeit all rights to the tour and ticket, with no possibility of a refund.
- For the issuance of Vatican Museums tickets, providing a first name and surname is mandatory. Without this information, the ticket cannot be issued. Once the Vatican Museums ticket is issued, it is non-refundable. It is also mandatory to bring your passport on the day of the tour

First of all, the skip the line tickets with our guide.. totally worth it!! The line for tickets at 8am was around the corner of the entrance. There was so much to take in, all the history was overwhelming but appreciated. The relics of art of Michaelangelo were definitely priceless to see up close and preservation of his works are amazing. Our guide was truly knowledgeable and took pride in presenting all the facts to us. We also had the opportunity to witness the changing of the Scottish guards. Our tour will truly be memorable!!

Not the best guide. My family found him very arrogant. The pace of the tour was extremely slow which probably meant it had to be shortened.

Rita was our guide and was absolutely amazing!! We chose the 8:00 am tour and we were so glad we chose to go early. Rita was able to maneuver us through lines and must’ve known all the right people! Her knowledge of the Vatican museums, and St Peter’s Basilica were remarkable. She had a fantastic sense of humor and was a delight!

Beautiful art work in all 3 locations. Sistine chapel walls and ceilings were a once in a lifetime experience. Due to poor audio and the guides accent, we were only able to understand a small part of the tour.
