Don’t book this tour if you want to visit the vatican!

Don’t book this tour!!! The tour should start at 15:30, but they told we are waiting for other people to join and that theres a problem. At 16:10 we startet the tour but the vatican is closing entrance at 16:00 so we weren’t able to go in. The tour operator said there were sorry.
If possible buy ticket direct from Vatican

Limited info. They said we were late when arriving on time as tickets showed. Sounds like they expected us too pay extra or ad money for tour. Very messy. However happy to have been able to skip the line.

Really easy to collect tickets but make sure you are there 25 mins before your time to collect the tickets and then a short walk to the museum and straight in no issues.
It’s definitely a must if you come to Rome.
Absolutely amazing inside the museum and the Sistine chapel is breath taking.
We pay for a guided tour, but our guide got lost

A minute we got entered the museum our guide instantly lost. During our stay there we cross path with other people from the tour, also lost. We would like to have a refund.

First off I had all the proof, printouts, I needed for my entrance into the site but because it did not have a qr or bar code they would not let us in. They said some one should meet you outside the gate to give your ticket. So we waited and there was not a person around to direct us. We ended up paying twice. So I am not sure this was a verified legitimate site to book on. May as well pay at the entrance. I would like a refund for 2 adults. Please.
I do recommend that everyone visit the Vatican Museims, Chapel etc. They are gorgeous.
