- Please Note: to access the Colosseum you need to add in your reservation the exact name and last name of all participants in your group and children need to be specified. In case of mistake in writing your name and last name in your reservation, if the Colosseum tickets controllers deny the access due to the wrong name and last name we decline any responsibility and NO REFUND will be provided.
- Please be aware that to enter the Colosseum it is necessary to pass a metal detector security check; there may be some wait time to pass through security checks
- Departure timing may vary. Please check the timing on the tour option you booked to know at what time you have to be at the meeting place.
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- Please note: by purchasing this tour you accept our Terms and Conditions and you are aware that not refund it will be given in case of not attending the tour or if you arrive late for the tour.
- Please show up 10 minutes before the tour to do the check in
- Please note that you will be asked a full refundable 10 euros deposit at the meeting point in order to ensure all the radios are given back to the guide or our staff. Once you return the radios you will be refunded your 10 euros. If you don't give back the radios you will be charged 30 euros for each of them.
- Not allowed: Pets, weapons or sharp objects, oversized luggage, smoking, alcohol or drugs, sprays or aerosols, glassware, unaccompanied minors, electric wheelchairs
- -The entrance fee to the archaeological sites is 17 Euros for adults (23 Euros for the arena option), accompanied by a booking fee of 2 Euros. The additional amount covers services provided by experienced licensed guides, audio devices, booking fees and other tourist services. The aim is to promote transparency and ensure your understanding of the cost breakdown. In July and August, due to the heat, the duration of the tour is 2 hours. Please note that this tour is not wheelchair accessible. -Meeting time is subject to change; if this occurs, you will receive a call or message from the activity provider. please provide your correct phone number and country code. -ID mandatory. Guests who show up without ID cannot be guaranteed entrance. -The full names of all the participants in the booking is needed, incomplete information on the booking cannot be guaranteed entrance.
- In summer time we suggest bringing a bottle of water. In summer time due to the heat the tour might last about 2 hours.
- Small group tour average 26 people (maximum 28 people).
- Please note: in case of late arrival we inform you that you will lose your tour and no refund will be given for no show or for late arrival

We met at the meeting point early. There was an issue where are tickets were not on the printed list. after showing my confirmation they asked us to wait and would get someone to take us to the Colosseum. After an addtional 15 min we were guided to the colosseum we then waited again for another 30+ Min. We were then emailed our tickets and were told to go throught the security line and meet up with a tour in progress. At this point we were not let in because we had missed out admit time on our tickets. waste of a day.

Our guide was informative and humorous. He led us through to the upper level of the Colosseum and ended the tour there so we had plenty of our own time after to take it all in. Be aware that this tour doesn't include the underground area. We were pleased with the access we did have!
