The aim is to promote transparency and ensure your understanding of the cost breakdown. In July and August, due to the heat, the duration of the tour is 2 hours. Please note that this tour is not wheelchair accessible. -Meeting time is subject to change; if this occurs, you will receive a call or message from the activity provider. please provide your correct phone number and country code. -ID mandatory. Guests who show up without ID cannot be guaranteed entrance. -The full names of all the participants in the booking is needed, incomplete information on the booking cannot be guaranteed entrance.
- In summer time we suggest bringing a bottle of water. In summer time due to the heat the tour might last about 2 hours.

Although instructions were clear when finding the meeting point, it was a bit of a jumble when it cane to meeting up with the guide. Coloured stickers placed us into groups but within the guides they all seemed confused who was where.
Despite this, the guide was interesting and very knowledgeable answering all the questions thrown at him.
We had regular stops in the shade which was a relief from the high temperatures but he used this as a good opportunity to give us some historical background.
Sometimes hard to hear the guide through the ear piece but that was a minor thing.
Very enjoyable.

Total kayos. Says to meet staff 15 minute prior and it was after the original time they arrived, Not in matching shirts with logo that we were told to lol for. Then they did arrive they required. Our 5 pm had to wait until the 5:30 people showed up. Then our female guide was nice but has a really thick accent. Also many of the things she pointed out we all already new.

Our experience was unfortunately not worth the $200 we spent for two adults and a baby. First, we received information regarding the meet up that included: white uniform (to identify our guide) and passports needed. Neither of which were accurate. Our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable but it was very hard to hear using the small devices. It was constant static noise. The tour consisted of mostly staying in one place for too long.

Great guide- Laura Antonucci - easy and full information, fun and careful for the group. Although it was raining all the time she found how to make the tour cool.
