The art was dazzling and our guide was brilliant. Not only did she know a lot of stuff beyond what's written on the placards, she could tell it as a story. The museum has a LOT of stuff to see, and you only have a few hours on the tour, so you really have no choice but to motor through it. Our guide did an exceptional job with that.
Biggest issue we had is that I'm hearing-impaired and the earphones used by Walks of Italy couldn't be worn at the same time as my hearing aid. So between the noisy crowds and the missing hearing aid, I only got about half of what our guide said. Thankfully I'm good at reading lips, and my wife was great at filling in.
