- Your tickets will be held by the guide for collection on the day of the tour. You will be required to present this voucher. If you have purchased a discounted option you will be asked to show a photo ID in exchange for your tickets.
- Your guide will be waiting for you holding a signboard with your name at the Vatican Museum's main entrance in Viale Vaticano.
- Knees & Shoulders MUST be covered for both men & women to enter! Please be advised capacity regulations and security may delay the tour departure This could also influence the smooth running of the tour, especially on national holidays and events.
- All visitors must pass through the monument/attraction security check please allow at least 20 minutes to clear security.
- The exact timings and reservations can vary, dependant on the monument/attractions administration offices availabilities and decisions on the booking day and can be subject to variations
- Please be aware that large bags/backpacks/suitcases are not permitted in the monument/ attraction. Only very small bags are allowed.
- No change on a booking can be accepted after 24hrs to the starting time of the tour. In that instance, no refund will be issued.

DEBRA was awesome. Great storyteller, excellent knowledge of the sight and art, and excellent at organizing a group of over 20 in a speedy and efficient manor. She always had us at the front of every exhibit and would get others to clear so our group could congregate.
