This was such a fun experience and Trastevere is a great neighborhood! We ate well and drank well and actually came home thinking we can make pasta!
Our chef-instructor was skilled at having us all interact with each other and we enjoyed meeting new people and sharing trip itineraries and ideas.
We did this on our first day in Rome and left with great restaurant suggestions for the rest of our trip!

The Porchetta was to die for. Riccardo was knowledgeable, engaging and fun. Our group was very interactive. My only criticism was that the advertisement was unlimited wine during class but this was not the case. We were poured one at lunch and then was challenging to get more.

Our tour with Toni was fantastic! She was so knowledgeable about Italian cooking and the Trastevere neighborhood. We all loved learning how to make pasta. The resulting dishes were wonderful!!
