- Please note the attire must be appropriate for the visit. Both men and women are required to wear clothing that covers both shoulders and knees. We cannot be held responsible for denied entry due to improper dress. It is sufficient to bring extra coverings (i.e. scarves and shawls) with you to wear before entering the holy areas.
- While the Vatican Museums are equipped with elevators for wheelchair and stroller access, they are not conveniently located on the group tour route and only give access to specific sections of the Museums. We advise clients to contact Walks Customer Service Team to make further arrangements

This was a great tour, but.....
We got a little bit of a late start, so when we finally made it to the Vatican, we were stuck in 1/4 mile line of people that were also "skipping the line".
After about 20 minutes we reached the doors, and security procedures. Our tour guide should have brought us to the line first, and then explained the tour.
We made it through the Vatican and on to the Sistine Chapel, which was exquisite. But, it was dark and all very overcrowded.
Thank the Lord, Saint Peter's Basilica was the most phenomenal thing I have ever seen. So phenomenal that we have to go back and climb to the top of the Dome.
While our tour guide was very short (only 4 feet 10 inches), she was very knowledgeable.
Early morning tour is a must!

The only way to see the Vatican Museum given the constant crowds. Terrific tour guide. Going to the museum first gives you skip the line access to St Peter’s.

We had a great tour! It was so important to start the day early before the museum opened to the public. We got to see so much and we were not crowded at all. Our guide was a wealth of knowledge and really made the tour enjoyable and we learned so many things along the way. I highly recommend this particular tour!
