Easy way to get around Rome at your own speed

We took the Green Line tours hop on hop off ticket for 48 hours (which is about 10-12 Euros more for two tickets and worth it). The first time we got on and stayed on for the entire circuit. The next day we used the GLT bus to get from the Vatican to our hotel in Rome. A scenic and easy way to get back. I would recommend it if you have time on your hands.

Very disappointed, the hours of service were limited, we used the bus twice over two days because it stopping running early both days. Staff on bus useless, gave out a brochure to contact operator, said it was off season hours. Waste of $180 USD for two couples, stay away.
