Had an approved and paid for transfer. It was cancelled. Had to get an expensive Uber. Zero stars. Don’t book an airport transfer thru Viator. (They will pay me back next week).

I had to call to find out the pick-up time from the hotel to airport. I received an email with pick-up time ~3am or so with pick-up time of 4:50am.
