It is a way to have a beautiful memory of this trip, of this little experience you will have had in that beautiful, warm, welcoming and relaxing place. Remembering that wonderful evening and that couple you met and became friends with. Paolo and Anna will teach and entertain you all the time, both before and after the Class. We are waiting for you for a magical moment accompanied by a fantastic glass of wine that can never be missed.

What a marvelous way to spend some time in Rome! We made beautiful fettuccine and tiramisu. The class was relaxed and fun. Paolo the owner and head chef was great. He switched languages without skipping a beat. When we were done we all sat down and enjoyed the fruits of our labor with a choice of sauce and a glass of wine. Perfect!

Chef Paolo was knowledgeable, kind, and hilarious! He accommodated our group of 5 when traffic made us late and got us into a later class, while remembering to highlight our birthday girl, our mom. The class is interactive and light in a private 2nd level of the restaurant with its own restroom and space. Bonus is the shopping nearby is nice too. Paolo had great pacing with explaining so all ages & languages can understand the steps. This was one of our family’s favorite activities and we learned so much and would quickly do it again for the pizza course! Nice amount of fettuccine made & the tiramisu was a quick 10 min make; we enjoyed what we made. The Lemoncello was a nice final surprise and guess what we all learned, it’s made without grappa.
